Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the sterile and medical nature of our products, we operate a strict returns policy.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Products with broken seals

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Approved refunds or replacements will be processed accordingly.
